Brandon Industries in Real Life: Providence Village in Aubrey, Texas
Providence Village has capitalized on its ideal setting in Denton County, just an hour north of downtown Dallas. The young master-planned community is already approaching 6,000 residents in a mix of single-family homes. Five lakes offer swimming, canoeing, sailing and fishing, and 18 parks make it easy to hike, bike and picnic. There are two recreational areas, an Olympic-sized swimming pool (featuring a 35-foot-tall waterslide), and two sandy beaches. Sport courts, putting greens, and a three-story clubhouse complete playtime.
In other words, it gives families space to play, grow, and breathe — a “lifestyle redesigned.”
In a master-planned community like this, a cohesive streetscape design is key to highlighting the care, detail and thoughtfulness put into the development. And since a neighborhood like Providence Village can likely expect to host a steady stream of newcomers and first-time visitors, effective signage is important for eliminating potential safety and traffic problems. The abundance of outdoor activities makes it necessary to create a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.
Our streetscapes were custom-designed to help Providence Village grow into a safe, families-first community.
What We Installed:
Decorative Street Signs — Installed in a dark green color to enhance the arboreal feel of the neighborhood. The street signs are sharp, stately, and stand out in a way that calmly guides drivers to where they need to go.
Fluted Sign Poles — Strong. Elegant. The fluted poles we installed convey a dedication to sophistication and style.
Various Street Sign Trims — The finishing touches that show an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Dual Custom Mailboxes — Also installed in the dark green, as part of the community’s overall aesthetic. Durable. Classic. The dual-mailbox design enhances a neighborly feel.
