Newman Village in Frisco Custom Streetscape

Frisco’s Newman Village is more than just a gated community. It’s custom homes on tree-lined streets, and a central plaza that fosters the best of community spirit. It’s safety, security, and opportunity. It’s families and warmth and memories, just 20 miles north of Downtown Dallas.

The 400-acre neighborhood plans to eventually include more than 500 architecturally diverse single family homes — including English Tudor, Spanish eclectic, colonial and classical designs — from multiple custom builders. It features a series of walking paths and exercise trails, a swimming pool, and tennis courts. A prominent guardhouse keeps watch at the entrance for extra security, alongside beautiful art sculptures, and an Italian-themed garden and fountain. The central plaza — known as the “Village Green” — can host live music, theater performances, classes, markets, festivals and other community gatherings.

Our goal with a place like this is to promote community, safety and aesthetic, and the custom streetscapes we designed and installed enhances all three. Our signs help guide traffic, ensure safe passages and crossings for pedestrians, and minimize extra traffic by smoothly ushering drivers to their destinations. And everything we installed ties seamlessly into the community’s larger aesthetic — an inviting approach noticeable to first-time visitors.

What We Installed:

Decorative Street Signs — Combine communication with style, while effectively and thoughtfully guiding drivers and pedestrians through the neighborhood. Signs are mounted on elegant 4” fluted poles.

Real Estate Information Signs — Important for conveying critical information to first-time visitors. New developments are popping up all the time in the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area, and people will tune out these signs if not done properly. Ours grab attention, and share important information.

Custom Monument Signs — Beautifully crafted and fully customizable signs add style and personal identity for the entrance and model home of this residential development. These oversized signs are complete with raised letters and custom logo.

Decorative Mailboxes — Add utility and functionality, without sacrificing from the common neighborhood-wide aesthetic. Our mailboxes only add to the welcoming community feel.
