Just 20 miles north of Downtown Dallas, nearly 2,500 homes in five interlinked neighborhoods are built around a stunning, award-winning Arnold Palmer Signature golf course at Twin Creeks. Beyond the green, Twin Creeks also offers its approximately 8,500 residents fishing and canoeing lakes, picnic pavilions, two swimming pool complexes, playgrounds, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, three miles of hike and bike trails, and a beautiful clubhouse for community events. Three nearby elementary schools service the community, plus three more secondary and high schools.

For this type of burgeoning community, our goal is safety, structure, and seamless integration of our custom streetscape design with the overall neighborhood aesthetic.

The golf course draws a regular influx of first-time visitors, which, when mixed with the hike and bike trails and general pedestrian-friendly, family-first atmosphere of the neighborhood, requires an emphasis on traffic safety. Our street signs do the job effectively without sacrificing class and style. The signs fit seamlessly into the overall aesthetic and feel of the community, but still command attention and create order.

What we installed:

Decorative Street & Traffic Signs — The ornamental street signs are catchy and elegant, and calmly guide golfers, pedestrians and drivers to where they need to go.

Fluted Poles — The 4-inch fluted poles are strong, sturdy, and reliable. Using fluted poles instead of regular industrial poles helps elevate Twin Creeks above other mundane developments.

Various Sign Trims — The trims display a commitment to detail, ensuring visitors and residents that the little things they need and care about in the community will be there.

Logo Trims — Every street sign in the community prominently features Twin Creeks’ logo in a 6×6-inch trim. These logos create a sense of consistency, continuity and stability throughout the different neighborhoods, which helps foster a family-friendly community spirit and identity.
