This beautifully detailed slip-over base fits a 3” smooth or fluted pole and is easy to install. The SB-23 base made of cast aluminum and finished with a polyester powder-coat for a durability that will protect against the elements and damage from wildlife or pedestrians. Color choices include: black, dark bronze, and dark green.
